Ok, I'm going to give this a try and try to stay more productive here. I signed up to do a Janathon in January. You can read about what it is at http://janathon.com/index.html. It's to help keep me motivated with exercise.
I'm spinning these days for the main part of my cardio exercise. It keeps me going. :)
