It's been a while. I'm no where near where I was last year at this time physically. Last year I was having a great year with exercise, strengthening getting stronger and so on. However, I've had many different small to bigger health issues and other interruptions that have caused me to gain weight and not be able to stay on a consistent workout plan. So, I'm going to try to blog in order to motivate myself past the issues and interruptions and fit more workouts back into my life.
So, here goes. Praying I can lose the weight and get my strength back.
