January 3!

Hello there!

I completed my 30 minutes of warmups, strength, balance and stretching exercises today.  I'm a little sore from the past two days.

I'm not sure what I'll do Friday since I'm having surgery late morning which requires NOTHING by mouth after midnight tonight.  Soooo, if I do strenuous moves I'll want water, therefore, I may do yoga to stretch and relax myself.  That I'll need. :)
